Anjali Laddha is a Kolkata-based AI educator and entrepreneur. She co-founded AI OS, an AI training and consulting firm for owner-led Indian businesses, and founded Degree2Destiny, which prepares students for work through the CAN Model: Communication, AI and Networking. She is the author of CANnected.
Her conviction is simple: AI is the new English for India. A generation ago, English decided who got the job, the client and the seat in the room. AI is becoming that skill now, and her work is making sure Indian businesses and students learn it early, and learn it properly.
She cares deeply about women having meaningful access to AI. She has worked with women across classrooms, professional communities and entrepreneurship programs, including incarcerated women at Suffolk County Jail in Boston, Massachusetts, to make the technology feel practical, relevant and possible.
She has founded and grown ventures, so her work starts with customers, revenue, teams and execution.
